Awake is Godsmack's second album. It was released on October 31, 

2000. The CD version of Awake was an enhanced CD. The songs "Sick 

of Life" and "Awake" have been used for the Navy's "Accelerate Your 

Life" commercials. It also features the song "Goin' Down" that first 

appeared on All Wound Up. This was the last Godsmack album to 

feature the drummer Tommy Stewart. The bassline of Trippin' sounds 

like Sepultura's Spit
